Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Product Specialist(T) with 10 to 14 years of experience in IBM Maximo Asset Management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Industrial Manufacturing and will work in a hybrid model during day shifts. This role does not require travel. The candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our asset management capabilities and driving efficiency.
Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and configuration of IBM Maximo Asset Management to meet business requirements.Oversee the integration of Maximo with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow.Provide technical expertise and support to end-users for Maximo-related issues and enhancements.Develop and maintain documentation for Maximo configurations customizations and integrations.Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and system performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements using Maximo.Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.Train and mentor junior team members on Maximo best practices and technical skills.Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to enhance efficiency and reliability.Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all Maximo-related activities.Participate in the development of strategic plans for asset management and maintenance.Analyze user requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Maximo enhancements.Provide regular updates and reports to management on project status and system performance.
Qualifications
Possess extensive experience in IBM Maximo Asset Management.Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.Have a background in Industrial Manufacturing which is a plus.Show proficiency in system integration and data management.Display a strong understanding of asset management principles and best practices.Hold a relevant certification in IBM Maximo or related fields.
Certifications Required
IBM Certified Deployment Professional - Maximo Asset Management V7.6 or equivalent.
