Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Product Specialist with 8 to 12 years of experience in Labelling Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts. This role involves managing product specifications ensuring compliance and optimizing processes to enhance efficiency and quality. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving the companys mission to deliver top-notch products and services.
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee product specifications and labelling requirements to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement labelling strategies that align with company goals.Provide technical expertise in labelling processes and systems to support manufacturing and supply chain operations.Ensure accurate and timely updates to product labels and documentation to reflect changes in regulations or product specifications.Conduct regular audits of labelling processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure that labelling requirements are clearly communicated and adhered to.Develop and maintain documentation and training materials related to labelling processes and standards.Monitor and analyze labelling performance metrics to identify trends and areas for optimization.Lead initiatives to streamline labelling processes and reduce errors and inefficiencies.Support the development and implementation of new labelling technologies and systems.Provide guidance and support to junior team members on labelling best practices and standards.Ensure that all labelling activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.Contribute to the continuous improvement of labelling processes and systems to enhance overall product quality and compliance.
Qualifications
Possess a strong background in labelling processes and systems with a minimum of 8 years of experience.Demonstrate expertise in manufacturing and supply chain domains.Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Show proficiency in using labelling software and tools.Display strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address labelling issues.Have a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and compliance in all labelling activities.Be adaptable and open to learning new technologies and processes.
Certifications Required
Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) Six Sigma Certification or equivalent.
