As the Product Marketing Manager for Amazon Pay's UPI money transfer services, your role is multifaceted and dynamic.
You actively seek opportunities to scale product features and work closely with the product team to prioritize customer needs, ensuring seamless integration of customer insights into product strategy.
Your responsibilities extend to driving conversions and using data insights for informed decision
- making.
Simultaneously, you craft innovative reward strategies to stimulate customer engagement and foster loyalty.
By comprehending customer behaviors and identifying marketing gaps, you develop highly targeted strategies.
In essence, your role is a fusion of innovation, strategic acumen, and data
- driven marketing.
Key job responsibilities
1.
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business goals, driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention for UPI money transfers on Amazon Pay.
2.
Craft compelling messaging and positioning for Amazon Pay's money transfer services, differentiating them and resonating with target customers.
3.
Analyze customer insights and data to identify key target segments, tailoring marketing strategies for effective outreach.
4.
Manage rewards and loyalty programs that incentivize customer engagement and loyalty, driving growth while enhancing the overall customer experience.
5.
Collaborate closely with product teams to prioritize customer needs and align marketing efforts with product enhancements, ensuring the seamless integration of customer insights into product strategy.
6.
Oversee end
- to
- end execution of marketing campaigns, from concept development to tracking performance.
7.
Conduct regular market research to stay informed about competition and emerging trends in digital payments.

Basic Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional non
- internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross
- functional marketing programs
- Experience communicating results to stakeholders
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey marketing messages and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
- Candidates who have actively participated in the development, marketing, or growth of UPI payment solutions will be highly regarded.
