Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering & Analysis

Facilitate workshops and engage with underwriting, operations, and claims teams to gather detailed reporting and dashboarding requirements.

Analyze insurance-specific business processes, including submissions, quotes, binds, renewals, and claims, to identify key metrics and KPIs.

Translate business requirements into technical specifications for dashboards and reports.
Collaboration with Technical Teams

Work with data engineers and developers to ensure data sources are integrated and aligned with business needs.

Ensure accurate mapping of data from systems like policy administration, claims, and underwriting platforms into dashboards.

Validate designs and mockups prepared by the technical team to ensure alignment with business expectations.
