Sr. Prinicpal Consultant - Reporting Business Analyst

1. Requirements Gathering & Analysis

• Facilitate workshops and engage with underwriting, operations, and claims teams to gather detailed reporting and dashboarding requirements.

• Analyze insurance-specific business processes, including submissions, quotes, binds, renewals, and claims, to identify key metrics and KPIs.

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for dashboards and reports.

Collaboration with Technical Teams

• Work with data engineers and developers to ensure data sources are integrated and aligned with business needs.

• Ensure accurate mapping of data from systems like policy administration, claims, and underwriting platforms into dashboards.

• Validate designs and mockups prepared by the technical team to ensure alignment with business expectations.
