Job Description:

We are seeking a Power Senior Developer with strong expertise in Power Platform and AI Builder. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions using Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Work with AI Builder to integrate machine learning models into Power Platform applications.
• Develop and optimize custom connectors, plugins, and automation workflows to enhance system capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Ensure best practices for security, governance, and compliance in Power Platform implementations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Power Apps, Power Automate, and AI Builder.
• Work on data modeling, integrations, and API development for seamless application performance.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Required Skills:

8-10 years of experience in application development, with at least 4+ years in Power Platform development.

Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, Power BI, and AI Builder.

Experience in Dataverse, SharePoint, Azure, and Dynamics 365 integrations.

Expertise in customizing and extending Power Platform solutions using JavaScript, Power FX, and C#.

Strong understanding of AI Builder for integrating AI-driven features into Power Apps.

Experience with Power Virtual Agents, Power Pages, and custom connectors is a plus.

Knowledge of Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and API management for integrations.

Good understanding of UI/UX principles for designing user-friendly applications.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive approach.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in RPA (Robotic Process Automation) using Power Automate.
• Knowledge of Machine Learning models and AI frameworks.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
