Were looking for an Executive or Senior Executive Performance Marketing professional whos highly analytical and results-driven to transform client ad spending into measurable ROI.

This is your chance to manage end-to-end paid digital marketing campaigns using advanced AI tools and data-driven insights, working across major platforms and high-profile accounts.

What youll do:

Single-handedly manage campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads

Analyze user behavior and optimize campaign performance daily through real-time adjustments and A/B testing

Interact directly with clients to align campaign objectives with business goals

Collaborate with SEO, Creative, and Web teams for integrated multi-channel marketing strategies

Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to clients

Coordinate efficiently with creative and content teams to ensure timely asset delivery

Explore and implement new AI tools for campaign optimization and budget allocation

What were looking for:

1-2 years of experience in digital performance marketing

Strong analytical skills with experience managing multi-platform paid campaigns

Familiarity with AI-based marketing tools is a plus

Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage client relations effectively

Willingness to work full-time from our office in Jayanagar, Bangalore

Must Have:

Location: WFO, Jayanagar, Bangalore (Full-time)

Eligibility: MBA ( Digital Marketing ) from Tier-1 College

Experience: 4-5 years in performance marketing from Agency (Only for Agency Guys)

Probation: 3 months, 6 days a week work schedule

Budget : 7.2 LPA (Max) & 3-6 Month appraisal cycle. ( Purely depending on the performance of the candidate)
