Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced BD Manager with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Experience Design POV GTM Big Data Management and MS Office. This role is hybrid with no travel required and operates during the day shift. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth and leveraging data analytics to enhance our market presence.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of business development strategies to drive growth and market expansion.Oversee the creation and implementation of Experience Design POV initiatives to enhance customer engagement.Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on Big Data Management to inform business decisions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute GTM strategies that align with company objectives.Utilize MS Office tools to prepare detailed reports presentations and business proposals.Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business development activities and adjust strategies as needed.Ensure alignment of business development efforts with overall company goals and objectives.Support the sales team with technical expertise and insights to close deals and achieve targets.Drive continuous improvement in business development processes and methodologies.Provide training and mentorship to junior team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.Contribute to the overall success of the company by achieving business development targets and objectives.
Qualifications
Possess a strong background in Experience Design POV GTM Big Data Management and MS Office.Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.Show proficiency in conducting market research and analysis.Have experience in developing and executing business development strategies.Display the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Be capable of preparing detailed reports presentations and business proposals.Have a background in Clinical analytics assessment is a plus.Demonstrate the ability to mentor and train junior team members.Show a proven track record of achieving business development targets.Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills.Be adaptable to a hybrid work model and day shift schedule.Possess a minimum of 12 years and a maximum of 16 years of relevant experience.
