Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled BD Manager with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint with a strong background in Sales Planning and Execution being a plus. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can drive business growth and contribute to our companys success. The position operates during day shifts and does not require travel.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of business development strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Oversee market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
  • Provide detailed reports and presentations using MS Excel and MS PowerPoint to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales plans and strategies.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients and business opportunities.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
  • Prepare and present business proposals and contracts to potential clients.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable deals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all business development activities.
  • Utilize advanced MS Excel skills to analyze data and generate actionable insights.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in business development or related fields.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations.
  • Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Show a proven track record in developing and executing successful business strategies.
  • Display experience in Sales Planning and Execution is a plus.
  • Maintain the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Exhibit the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Show a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Certifications Required

    Certified Business Development Professional (CBDP) Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) in Excel and PowerPoint
