Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Test Manager with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in Jira Agile and Selenium along with domain expertise in Cards and Payments. This role involves leading testing efforts ensuring quality and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Responsibilities
Lead the planning execution and delivery of testing activities for various projects.Oversee the development and implementation of test strategies and plans.Provide guidance and mentorship to the testing team to ensure best practices are followed.Collaborate with project managers developers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of testing processes.Ensure all testing activities are aligned with Agile methodologies and practices.Utilize Jira for tracking and managing testing tasks defects and progress.Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks using Selenium.Conduct thorough testing of Cards and Payments systems to ensure functionality security and performance.Identify document and track defects ensuring timely resolution and retesting.Prepare and present detailed test reports and metrics to stakeholders.Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in testing tools and techniques.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in the Cards and Payments domain.
Qualifications
Possess a strong understanding of Jira for managing testing activities.Demonstrate expertise in Agile methodologies and practices.Have extensive experience with Selenium for automated testing.Showcase deep knowledge of the Cards and Payments domain.Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Display strong communication and collaboration abilities.Hold a relevant certification in software testing or quality assurance.Show a proven track record of leading successful testing projects.Demonstrate the ability to mentor and guide team members.Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.Be adaptable and open to learning new technologies and methodologies.
