Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Functional Architect with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Pega technologies and a strong background in Life and Annuities Insurance as well as Property & Casualty Insurance. This hybrid role requires expertise in Pega Reporting Pega Platform Pega Application Development and other related skills. The candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing Pega solutions to meet business needs.

Lead the design and implementation of Pega solutions to meet business requirements.Oversee the development and deployment of Pega applications ensuring high-quality standards.Provide expertise in Pega Reporting to generate insightful and actionable business reports.Utilize Pega Platform to create scalable and efficient solutions.Develop Pega applications with a focus on user experience and performance.Integrate Pega solutions with existing systems and data sources.Ensure Pega applications adhere to security best practices and compliance requirements.Model and analyze business processes using Pega Process Modeling and Pega Process Analysis.Implement Pega Mobility solutions to support mobile access and functionality.Utilize Pega Express to streamline application development and deployment.Manage Pega Case Management to handle complex case workflows and processes.Leverage PEGA Decision Hub to make data-driven decisions and improve business outcomes.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
Qualifications
Possess a strong background in Life and Annuities Insurance and Property & Casualty Insurance.Demonstrate expertise in Pega Reporting Pega Platform and Pega Application Development.Have experience with Pega Data and Integration to ensure seamless data flow.Show proficiency in Pega User Experience to create intuitive and user-friendly applications.Ensure Pega Security best practices are followed to protect sensitive information.Utilize Pega Process Modeling and Pega Process Analysis to optimize business processes.Implement Pega Mobility solutions to support mobile users.Use Pega Express to accelerate application development and deployment.Manage Pega Case Management to handle complex workflows.Leverage PEGA Decision Hub for data-driven decision-making.Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to understand and meet business needs.Provide technical guidance and support to the development team.Ensure all Pega solutions are scalable efficient and secure.
