Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead Product Consultant with 9 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in SQL and Tulip with a background in Industrial Manufacturing being a plus. This role involves leading product initiatives ensuring technical excellence and driving impactful solutions for our clients.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of product strategies that align with client needs and company goals.
  • Oversee the design and execution of SQL-based solutions to ensure data integrity and optimal performance.
  • Provide expertise in Tulip to enhance product functionality and user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Ensure that all product initiatives are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
  • Conduct regular reviews and updates to product documentation to maintain accuracy and relevance.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to upskill team members and clients on product features and best practices.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that address their challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all product-related activities.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve product-related issues promptly.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration innovation and excellence within the product team.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in SQL with the ability to design and optimize complex queries.
  • Have extensive experience with Tulip including configuration and customization.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of Industrial Manufacturing processes and challenges.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Show strong communication skills both written and verbal to effectively convey technical concepts.
  • Display a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry trends.

    Certified SQL Developer Tulip Specialist Certification
