Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager with 15 to 19 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Psft-Project Portfolio Management and preferably experience in the Airlines domain. This hybrid role requires excellent project management skills to drive successful project outcomes. The work model is hybrid with no travel required and the shift is day.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.Oversee project planning scheduling and resource allocation to ensure optimal utilization of resources.Provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Develop and maintain detailed project plans including timelines milestones and deliverables.Monitor project progress and performance identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.Ensure effective communication and coordination with stakeholders including clients team members and senior management.Implement best practices and methodologies for project management ensuring consistency and quality across all projects.Conduct regular project reviews and status meetings to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged.Utilize Psft-Project Portfolio Management tools and techniques to manage project portfolios effectively.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and outcomes.Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and standards throughout the project lifecycle.Provide mentorship and support to junior project managers and team members fostering their professional growth.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project integration and alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications
Possess a minimum of 15 years of experience in project management with a strong focus on Psft-Project Portfolio Management.Demonstrate excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.Showcase exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.Display proficiency in project management tools and software including Psft-Project Portfolio Management.Have experience in the Airlines domain which is considered a plus.Hold relevant certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 which are highly desirable.Demonstrate a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Exhibit a proactive and results-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and demands.Possess strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Display a high level of integrity and professionalism with a commitment to ethical conduct and quality standards.Have experience working in a hybrid work model with the ability to balance remote and in-office work effectively.
Certifications Required
PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification.
