Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Manager - Digital Mar with 16 to 20 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Robotics Process Automation Tool Power Platform and Automation along with domain expertise in Telecom and Networks. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can drive digital transformation initiatives and deliver impactful results. The position operates during day shifts and does not require travel.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of digital transformation strategies using Robotics Process Automation Tool Power Platform and Automation to enhance operational efficiency.Oversee the execution of automation projects within the Telecom and Networks domain ensuring alignment with business objectives.Provide strategic direction and guidance to cross-functional teams to drive digital initiatives and achieve desired outcomes.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the organization.Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies in Telecom and Networks.Ensure the successful deployment of automation solutions by coordinating with technical teams and managing project timelines.Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital initiatives providing regular updates and recommendations to senior management.Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by promoting the adoption of new technologies and best practices.Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure the successful delivery of digital projects.Conduct regular assessments of automation tools and platforms to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the business.Provide training and support to team members on the use of automation tools and platforms.Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners to leverage their expertise and resources.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all digital initiatives.
