Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Technology Architect with 18-22 years of experience specializing in Mulesoft. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Data Quality and Data Governance. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of technology architecture to drive impactful solutions. The position operates during the day shift and does not require travel.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of Mulesoft solutions to meet business requirements.Oversee the integration of various systems and ensure seamless data flow across platforms.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications.Ensure the architecture aligns with industry best practices and organizational standards.Conduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality and performance.Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all architectural decisions and solutions.Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure high availability and reliability.Implement data quality and data governance frameworks to ensure data integrity.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.Stay updated with the latest technology trends and incorporate them into the architecture.Facilitate technical workshops and training sessions for team members.Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance the architecture.

Must have extensive experience with Mulesoft and its various components.Should have a strong understanding of data quality and data governance principles.Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Should have experience in leading and mentoring technical teams.Must have strong communication and collaboration skills.Should be proficient in creating technical documentation.Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Should have a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time.Must be able to adapt to changing technology landscapes.Should have experience in optimizing system performance.Must be able to facilitate technical workshops and training sessions.Should have a proactive approach to learning and implementing new technologies.Must have a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and performance.
Certifications Required
Mulesoft Certified Integration Architect Data Governance and Quality certifications are a plus.
