Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Functional Architect with 15 to 18 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP SD - Brazil & LATAM SAP Standard Order to Cash and domain experience in Medical Devices and iRCAS. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of business processes and technical skills to drive impactful solutions. The position operates during the day shift and does not require travel.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of SAP SD solutions for Brazil and LATAM regions.Oversee the end-to-end Order to Cash processes ensuring alignment with business requirements.Provide expert guidance on SAP Standard Order to Cash functionalities and best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.Develop and maintain detailed functional specifications for SAP SD modules.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in the Medical Devices sector.Conduct system testing and validation to ensure seamless integration and functionality.Provide training and support to end-users ensuring effective utilization of SAP SD solutions.Identify and resolve system issues ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and user experience.Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.Monitor system performance and implement necessary optimizations.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP SD developments and industry trends.
Qualifications
Possess a deep understanding of SAP SDBrazil & LATAM functionalities.Demonstrate expertise in SAP Standard Order to Cash processes.Have extensive experience in the Medical Devices domain.Show proficiency in iRCAS systems and processes.Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Display excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Hold a proven track record of successful SAP SD implementations.Be adept at managing multiple projects and priorities.Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.Show capability in training and supporting end-users.Demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying and addressing system issues.Maintain a strong focus on continuous improvement and innovation.Possess the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
