Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Technology Architect with 12 to 15 years of experience specializing in MuleSoft API-Led Connectivity MuleSoft Integration and MuleSoft Application Network. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Consulting and Analytics. This hybrid role requires proficiency in English and operates during the day shift. Travel is not required.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of MuleSoft API-led connectivity solutions to ensure seamless integration across various platforms.Oversee the implementation of MuleSoft Integration projects ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.Provide technical expertise in MuleSoft Application Network to optimize the connectivity and data flow within the organization.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all MuleSoft solutions ensuring clarity and accessibility for future reference.Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to MuleSoft integrations minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.Mentor and guide junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in MuleSoft technologies to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of innovation.Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored MuleSoft solutions that drive business value.Ensure all MuleSoft solutions are scalable secure and compliant with industry standards and regulations.Participate in the planning and execution of MuleSoft upgrade and migration projects ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
Possess a minimum of 12 years of experience in technology architecture with a focus on MuleSoft API-led connectivity.Demonstrate extensive experience in MuleSoft Integration and MuleSoft Application Network.Have a strong background in IT Consulting and Analytics with the ability to apply these skills to MuleSoft projects.Exhibit excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.Show proficiency in developing and maintaining technical documentation.Display a proactive approach to problem-solving and troubleshooting.Have a proven track record of mentoring and guiding junior developers.Stay current with the latest MuleSoft technologies and industry trends.Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Show a commitment to delivering high-quality scalable and secure solutions.Possess strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.Exhibit a customer-centric approach with the ability to understand and address stakeholder needs.Have experience in conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback.
