Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Technology Architect with 11 to 13 years of experience specializing in PEGA frameworks and related technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pega Application Development Pega Data and Integration and Pega Case Management. This role requires excellent English language skills and offers a hybrid work model with no travel required.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of Pega applications to meet business requirementsOversee the implementation of Pega frameworks and ensure alignment with best practicesProvide technical expertise in Pega Reporting ensuring accurate and insightful data analysisDevelop and maintain Pega Platform solutions optimizing for performance and scalabilityCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Pega applications with other systemsEnhance user experience by designing intuitive Pega User Interfaces and Mobility solutionsManage Pega Case Management processes ensuring efficient workflow automationUtilize Pega Decision Hub to drive data-driven decision-making and improve business outcomesConduct assessments and create customer billing inquiries and reports as neededAuthorize customer bill invoice adjustments ensuring accuracy and complianceMentor and guide junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvementEnsure all Pega solutions adhere to company standards and regulatory requirementsMonitor and troubleshoot Pega applications providing timely resolutions to issues
Qualifications
Possess a strong background in Pega Application Development and Pega Data and IntegrationDemonstrate expertise in Pega Case Management and Pega Decision HubHave experience in creating and assessing customer billing inquiries and reportsShow proficiency in authorizing customer bill invoice adjustmentsExhibit excellent English language skills both written and spokenHave a proven track record of leading and mentoring development teamsDisplay strong problem-solving skills and attention to detailBe able to work effectively in a hybrid work modelDemonstrate the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teamsShow commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest Pega technologiesHave a customer-centric approach ensuring solutions meet business needsBe proactive in identifying and addressing potential issues
