Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Technology Architect with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Azure Public Cloud Admin SAP Technical Upgrade SAP S/4HANA Administration SAP BTP Administration SAP HANA Administration NetWeaver ABAP / JAVA Admin and SAP Basis Administration. This role is hybrid with day shifts and does not require travel. Experience in the Utilities domain is a plus.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of complex SAP solutions ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.Oversee the administration and maintenance of Azure Public Cloud environments to ensure optimal performance and security.Provide expert guidance on SAP Technical Upgrades ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.Manage SAP S/4HANA Administration tasks including system configuration monitoring and troubleshooting.Administer SAP BTP environments ensuring seamless integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems.Handle SAP HANA Administration focusing on database performance backup and recovery processes.Perform NetWeaver ABAP / JAVA Admin tasks ensuring the stability and reliability of SAP applications.Execute SAP Basis Administration duties including user management system monitoring and performance tuning.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technology strategies that support business goals.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all technology implementations.Provide technical support and mentorship to junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all systems and processes ensuring knowledge transfer and operational continuity.Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends recommending innovative solutions to enhance business operations.
Qualifications
Possess a strong background in Azure Public Cloud Admin with a proven track record of managing cloud environments effectively.Demonstrate expertise in SAP Technical Upgrade processes ensuring smooth transitions and minimal downtime.Have extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA Administration with a focus on system optimization and issue resolution.Show proficiency in SAP BTP Administration ensuring efficient system integration and performance.Exhibit strong skills in SAP HANA Administration with an emphasis on database management and recovery.Be well-versed in NetWeaver ABAP / JAVA Admin ensuring application stability and performance.Have a solid foundation in SAP Basis Administration with a focus on system security and user management.Experience in the Utilities domain is a plus providing valuable industry-specific insights.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a focus on delivering high-quality results.Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest technology trends.Ability to mentor and guide junior team members fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
