Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Functional Architect with 14 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in OC HCM Approval Workflow OC HCM Fun-Core HR Oracle Cloud HCM Security and Oracle Cloud HCM-Benefits. This role requires a strong background in IT Consulting and Analytics. The work model is hybrid and the shift is day. No travel is required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of OC HCM Approval Workflow processes.
  • Provide expert guidance on OC HCM Fun-Core HR functionalities to optimize HR operations.
  • Ensure robust Oracle Cloud HCM Security measures are in place to protect sensitive data.
  • Manage the configuration and administration of Oracle Cloud HCM-Benefits modules.
  • Collaborate with IT Consulting teams to align HCM solutions with overall business strategies.
  • Utilize analytics to drive data-driven decision-making and improve HR processes.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance user proficiency in Oracle Cloud HCM.
  • Support the integration of HCM systems with other enterprise applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Oracle Cloud HCM functionalities.
  • Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing HCM solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

  • Possess extensive experience in OC HCM Approval Workflow.
  • Demonstrate strong expertise in OC HCM Fun-Core HR.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM Security.
  • Show proficiency in Oracle Cloud HCM-Benefits.
  • Bring a solid background in IT Consulting.
  • Utilize analytics to enhance HR processes.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Have strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Be adept at conducting system audits.
  • Be experienced in developing and delivering training programs.
  • Show capability in troubleshooting complex HCM issues.
  • Have a proven track record of supporting HCM solutions.
