Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead Product Consultant with 13 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive technical expertise in Facets Billing Claims and Membership. This role involves leading product development initiatives ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions and contributing to the companys mission of improving healthcare services.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of product strategies for Facets Billing Claims and Membership.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of high-quality solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the development team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of products.
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments of product performance.
  • Identify and address potential risks and issues in product development.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align product goals with business objectives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform product strategy.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all product-related processes.
  • Provide training and support to clients and internal teams on product functionalities.
  • Contribute to the companys mission of improving healthcare services through innovative solutions.

  • Possess extensive experience in Facets Billing Claims and Membership.
  • Demonstrate strong technical skills in product development and implementation.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Show proficiency in managing cross-functional teams and projects.
  • Have a solid understanding of industry standards and regulations.
  • Display effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in the Payer domain is a plus.
