Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Technology Architect with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle HCM Data Loader Oracle File-Based Data Import Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle BI Publisher. This role involves IT consulting and analytics and operates on a hybrid work model with day shifts. No travel is required.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of Oracle HCM Data Loader solutions to ensure efficient data management and integration.Oversee the use of Oracle File-Based Data Import to streamline data migration processes and improve data accuracy.Provide expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP to optimize business processes and enhance system performance.Utilize Oracle BI Publisher to develop and deliver comprehensive reports and analytics for informed decision-making.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Ensure the successful deployment of Oracle solutions by conducting thorough testing and validation.Monitor and maintain Oracle systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle applications to minimize downtime and disruption.Stay updated with the latest Oracle technologies and best practices to continuously improve system capabilities.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members to foster their professional growth.Develop and maintain technical documentation to support system maintenance and user training.Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver customized Oracle solutions that meet their business objectives.Contribute to the companys purpose by leveraging technology to drive innovation and improve societal outcomes.
Qualifications
Possess strong experience in Oracle HCM Data Loader and Oracle File-Based Data Import.Demonstrate expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle BI Publisher.Have a solid background in IT consulting and analytics.Exhibit excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Show proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams.Display strong communication and documentation skills.
