Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Technology Architect with 16 to 18 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in SAP S/4HANA Administration SAP BTP Administration SAP HANA Administration NetWeaver ABAP / JAVA Admin and SAP Basis Administration. This role requires a strong background in Finance & Accounting and Devices / SPM domains. The work model is hybrid with day shifts and no travel required.
Responsibilities
Lead the administration and optimization of SAP S/4HANA systems to ensure high performance and reliability.Oversee the management and maintenance of SAP BTP environments to support business operations.Provide expert guidance on SAP HANA Administration to ensure data integrity and system efficiency.Manage NetWeaver ABAP / JAVA Admin tasks to support application development and deployment.Ensure seamless SAP Basis Administration to maintain system health and performance.Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to align SAP systems with business requirements.Implement best practices for SAP system security and compliance.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.Develop and maintain documentation for SAP system configurations and procedures.Conduct regular system audits to ensure adherence to standards and policies.Provide training and support to junior team members on SAP administration tasks.Participate in strategic planning to enhance SAP system capabilities and support business growth.Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Possess a deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA Administration and its impact on business processes.Demonstrate expertise in SAP BTP Administration to support cloud-based solutions.Have extensive experience in SAP HANA Administration for optimal data management.Show proficiency in NetWeaver ABAP / JAVA Admin to support diverse application needs.Exhibit strong skills in SAP Basis Administration to ensure system stability.Have a solid background in Finance & Accounting to align SAP systems with financial operations.Understand the Devices / SPM domain to support industry-specific requirements.Display excellent problem-solving skills to address complex technical issues.Possess strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Demonstrate the ability to lead and mentor junior team members.Show commitment to continuous learning and staying current with SAP advancements.Have a proactive approach to system monitoring and maintenance.Exhibit strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
