Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Technology Architect with 14 to 18 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SFDC Development and Customization Subscription Management Billing Salesforce CPQ SFDC Sales Cloud SFDC Lightning and SFDC Configuration. This role is hybrid with no travel required and operates during the day shift.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.Oversee the customization and development of Salesforce applications ensuring alignment with best practices.Provide expertise in Subscription Management and Billing processes within Salesforce.Implement and manage Salesforce CPQ to streamline the quoting process.Configure and optimize SFDC Sales Cloud to enhance sales operations.Utilize SFDC Lightning to create dynamic and responsive user interfaces.Ensure proper configuration of Salesforce to meet organizational needs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.Develop and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce solutions.Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and security.Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce functionalities.Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and releases.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance.
Qualifications
Possess a strong background in SFDC Development and Customization.Demonstrate expertise in Subscription Management and Billing.Have hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and SFDC Sales Cloud.Show proficiency in SFDC Lightning and SFDC Configuration.Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Have a good understanding of data governance principles.Display strong communication and collaboration abilities.
