Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Infra. Architect with 11 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in OpenTelemetry ThousandEyes Splunk ITSI Splunk Admin Appdynamics Splunk Solaris Administration and Python. Strong domain skills in analysis and problem solving decision making and writing skills are essential. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.
Responsibilities
Technical Proficiency- Demonstrate a strong understanding of observability tools and practices with a primary focus on Network monitoring tools along with knowledge of AppDynamics Splunk Core ITSI Observability OpenTelemetry and Python.Data Management- Manage and interpret large volumes of telemetry data correlating multiple data sources. Perform hands-on ETL processes including extracting data via REST transforming it and using it for decision-making or feeding other platforms.Problem-Solving Skills- Diagnose and resolve monitoring performance and technical issues effectively.Communication Skills- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Research new topics and technologies understand the companys landscape propose technical solutions and introduce new capabilities with associated technical documentation such as SOPs and roadmaps.Curiosity and Continuous Learning- Exhibit a strong desire to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.Collaboration- Work closely with development operations and security teams to ensure comprehensive observability across the companys landscape.Attention to Detail- Maintain meticulous attention to detail in monitoring system instrumentation meaningful alerting documentation and knowledge sharing transfer.Automation Skills- Automate observability processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention. Develop Ansible playbooks Terraform configurations and Python scripts
