Sr. Manager - Procurement

Lead the successful deployment of HICX across multiple OpCos ensuring alignment with global standards and addressing local needs

Lead Platform set-up especially in areas of GAP assessment and implementation of localizations

Support on testing cycles, data cleansing and migration, cutover, Go-live activities and hypercare

Monitor key deliverables, risks, issues and timeline. Act as primary escalation point for OpCo to Global Project team and HICX.

Ensure transparency around Platform deployment: provide timely updates on progress , and ensure clear communication of risks and issues to stakeholders

Align with delegated Functional Owners (dFOs) on key design topics relating to platform ways of working

Focus on business processes rather than technical details, and support OpCos through the transition to the new process and platform

Act as a bridge between the Global Project team and OpCos, and facilitate cooperation to smooth platform deployment and increase adoption
