Job Description
Supply Chain Optimization Technologies (SCOT) org is looking for Senior Software Development Manager to join the Automated Inventory Management Team.
As a leader of the team you will have the opportunity to work with complex algorithms, ML/GenAI, Big
- Data computing space to build highly scalable solutions to transform supply chain operations.

Key job responsibilities
- Must be technically credible to lead teams of world
- class software engineers and technical program managers.
Must be able to make the right design decisions related to product features and technology choices.
- Experience in big data is a plus
- Deep understanding of overall systems development life cycle including various methodologies (agile, waterfall, iterative)
- Experienced in building and managing teams that design and deliver scalable and extensible systems to address complex business challenges.
- Understands how to scope and justify resources and budget needs to senior leaders and finance partners
- Consistent focus on operational excellence and security of systems.
- Experience with open source technologies, object
- oriented design, and agile development methodologies
Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of engineering experience
- 5+ years of engineering team management experience
- 10+ years of planning, designing, developing and delivering consumer software experience
- Experience partnering with product or program management teams
- Experience managing multiple concurrent programs, projects and development teams in an Agile environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience partnering with product and program management teams
- Experience designing and developing large scale, high
- traffic applications
