Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Infra Developer with 7 to 8 years of experience specializing in ServiceNow Performance Analytics and ServiceNow HRSD. The role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts. The ideal candidate will contribute to the development and optimization of our infrastructure ensuring seamless performance and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Develop and optimize infrastructure solutions using ServiceNow Performance Analytics and ServiceNow HRSD.Provide technical expertise in the design implementation and maintenance of ServiceNow modules.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow solutions.Monitor and analyze system performance to identify areas for improvement.Implement best practices for system security reliability and scalability.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow infrastructure.Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented solutions.Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with organizational standards.Provide training and support to end-users on ServiceNow functionalities.Lead efforts to automate processes and improve system efficiency.Stay updated with the latest developments in ServiceNow technologies and incorporate them into the infrastructure.Participate in project planning and provide technical insights to ensure successful project delivery.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
