Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Infra Developer with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Grafana and Splunk Admin and will work in a hybrid model with day shifts. This role involves developing and maintaining infrastructure solutions that support our business objectives ensuring high availability and performance of our systems.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain infrastructure solutions to support business objectives.
  • Ensure high availability and performance of systems through effective monitoring and management.
  • Utilize Grafana for creating and managing dashboards to visualize system performance.
  • Administer Splunk to collect analyze and report on system logs and metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement infrastructure improvements.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for infrastructure-related issues.
  • Implement automation scripts to streamline infrastructure management tasks.
  • Monitor system health and performance and proactively address potential issues.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with security and performance standards.
  • Optimize infrastructure resources to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Document infrastructure configurations processes and procedures for future reference.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the infrastructure remains current and effective.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical infrastructure components.

  • Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in infrastructure development.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Grafana for creating and managing dashboards.
  • Have strong experience in Splunk Admin for log analysis and reporting.
  • Show proficiency in scripting languages for automation tasks.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Display strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to system monitoring and issue resolution.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in infrastructure management.
  • Have a solid understanding of security and compliance standards.
  • Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Demonstrate the ability to document technical processes clearly.
