Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Infra Developer with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Dynatrace Datadog and SolarWinds Log & Event Manager. This role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts. The candidate will play a crucial role in monitoring and optimizing our infrastructure to ensure seamless operations and high performance.


Responsibilities

  • Monitor and optimize infrastructure performance using Dynatrace Datadog and SolarWinds Log & Event Manager.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
  • Provide real-time monitoring and alerting solutions to ensure system uptime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve infrastructure issues.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for system failures and implement corrective actions.
  • Design and maintain dashboards for performance monitoring and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures in infrastructure management.
  • Automate routine tasks to improve operational efficiency.
  • Participate in capacity planning and scaling activities.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to other team members.
  • Document infrastructure configurations and changes accurately.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of infrastructure processes and practices.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong understanding of Dynatrace Datadog and SolarWinds Log & Event Manager.
  • Have a minimum of 4 years of experience in infrastructure development and monitoring.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Show proficiency in scripting languages for automation.
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Have a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to identifying issues.
  • Be familiar with security best practices in infrastructure management.
  • Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Have experience in creating and maintaining performance monitoring dashboards.
  • Be capable of conducting thorough root cause analysis and implementing solutions.
  • Show a track record of contributing to process improvements in infrastructure management.
