Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Infra Developer with 8 to 10 years of experience specializing in ServiceNow HRSD. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining infrastructure solutions that support our business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow HRSD and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain infrastructure solutions using ServiceNow HRSD to support business objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.Provide technical expertise in ServiceNow HRSD to ensure the effective implementation of infrastructure projects.Oversee the integration of ServiceNow HRSD with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless operations.Monitor and optimize the performance of ServiceNow HRSD infrastructure to ensure high availability and reliability.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow HRSD infrastructure in a timely manner.Implement best practices for infrastructure development and maintenance to ensure the highest quality of service.Conduct regular reviews and audits of infrastructure solutions to ensure compliance with company standards and policies.Provide training and support to team members on the use of ServiceNow HRSD infrastructure.Lead efforts to continuously improve infrastructure solutions by staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement infrastructure strategies that align with business goals.Ensure that all infrastructure solutions are scalable secure and cost-effective.Document all infrastructure processes and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
