Job Description
Understand the organization as a whole, be proactive and support managers and the HR team in creating a
best place to work
Offer HR guidance to managers and individuals in areas including talent management, development, and
retention; career planning; succession planning; employee relations, organizational design and
effectiveness, total rewards, staffing/headcount planning and more •
Be an advisor to employees and management regarding company policies, employee performance,
culture/work environment and other issues; resolve conflicts effectively while minimizing legal exposure.
Remain current on HR practices along with applicable federal and local legislation and regulations and
ensure compliance across your client groups
Handle inquiries related to policies, procedures, employee relations, total rewards, etc.
Conducts initial interviews and gathers information for employee relations matters such as harassment
allegations, work complaints, or other concerns.
Participate in investigation procedures and collects data to support internal and external complaints and other
employment-related issues.
Ensure consistent application of guidelines on employment-related processes.
Provides effective application and interpretation of company policies and procedures.
Ensure consistent, equal, and fair treatment of all employees.
Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data
Partner with the COE in the HR team to develop and execute people strategies and deliver results.
Review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention and
engagement.
