Job summary

We are seeking a highly skilled PFSS PMO SrExec with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MS Word Billing and Revenue Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. This hybrid role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to manage and oversee various financial processes and projects. The position operates during the day shift and does not require travel.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee the financial planning and analysis processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Manage billing and revenue processes to optimize cash flow and financial performance.
  • Provide support in accounts receivable activities to ensure timely collection of payments.
  • Handle accounts payable processes to ensure accurate and timely payments to vendors.
  • Utilize MS Word to create and maintain comprehensive financial reports and documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficiency in financial operations.
  • Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance financial operations and reporting accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts to support strategic planning.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members in financial processes and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on financial performance and project status.
  • Support the development and implementation of financial systems and tools to improve efficiency.
