W.H. Deeth & Company has been a leading exporter of carpets and rugs for almost 5 decades. The main countries of export include the USA, UK, UAE, and parts of the EU. The company specializes in custom manufacturing rugs for high-end interior designers and design firms, as well as bulk production for individual retailers targeting mass public buying.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Export Documentation and Shipping Executive with Basic Accounting located in Delhi, India. The role involves handling export documentation including invoice, packing list, custom documents, freight forwarding through couriers and agents, BRC generation, remittance credit, basic Tally knowledge for payments and reconciliations. Having a rugs background is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Communication skills
• Export Documentation - Invoice, Packing List, Custom Documents, Checklist Approval, Shipping Bills, AWB/BL
• Forwarding and Freight expertise
• Booking courier packages through Fedex and DHL
• E-WAY bill generation
• Handling post shipment document submission to banks
• Handling overseas remittances according to banking compliances
• Basic Tally knowledge for handling payments
• Invoice control and reconciliation
• Debtor and Creditor Reconciliation
• Bank Reconciliation
• Drawbacks and GST credit from customs
• RODTEP
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Experience in international shipping and logistics
• Well versed with Google Drive, MS Office
• Knowledge of customs regulations and export compliances
• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, or related field
