Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 7 to 11 years of experience in Manhattan WMS and Manhattan SCALE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Warehouse Management Systems Retail Warehouse Management and Supply Chain Management. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of these domains to drive impactful solutions and improvements.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain applications using Manhattan WMS and Manhattan SCALE to ensure efficient warehouse operations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that enhance warehouse management processes.Provide technical expertise in Warehouse Management Systems Retail Warehouse Management and Supply Chain Management.Ensure the scalability and reliability of warehouse management solutions to meet business needs.Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and best practices.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Manhattan WMS and Manhattan SCALE applications.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the systems.Document technical specifications and processes to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering design development testing and deployment.Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices and technical challenges.Ensure compliance with company policies and standards in all development activities.Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality solutions that improve warehouse operations and customer satisfaction.

Must have extensive experience with Manhattan WMS and Manhattan SCALE.Should have a strong background in Warehouse Management Systems Retail Warehouse Management and Supply Chain Management.Must possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.Should have experience in developing scalable and reliable applications.Must be proficient in conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback.Should have strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Must be able to document technical specifications and processes clearly.Should have experience in the full software development lifecycle.Must be able to mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.Should have a proactive approach to staying updated with industry trends and technologies.Must be able to work in a hybrid model and adapt to changing requirements.Should have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.Must be able to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
