Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Labwise LIMS Lonza MODA system in MODA EM and a strong background in Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains. Responsibilities
Lead the planning and implementation of projects within the Manufacturing and Supply Chain domainsOversee the execution of project plans ensuring adherence to timelines and budgetsProvide technical expertise in Labwise LIMS to guide project teams and stakeholdersCoordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project integration and deliveryMonitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completionCommunicate project status risks and issues to stakeholders and senior managementEnsure compliance with industry standards and company policies throughout the project lifecycleFacilitate project meetings and workshops to drive alignment and decision-makingDevelop and maintain project documentation including project plans status reports and risk management plansIdentify and mitigate project risks to minimize impact on project outcomesFoster a collaborative and inclusive project environment to drive team performanceUtilize project management tools and methodologies to enhance project efficiency and effectivenessDrive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project delivery processes
Qualifications
Possess a minimum of 12 years of experience in project management within the Manufacturing and Supply Chain domainsDemonstrate expertise in Labwise LIMS with a proven track record of successful project implementationsWorking experience in Lonza MODA system in MODA EM for end to end admin activitiesHaving experience for creating locations products test methods plans equipments schedules sample receipt to result monitoringWorked on support of MODA EM and MODA FDC for global sites for creating users Adding Citrix icons Fixing server issues in all environmentsWorking experience of handling MODA FDC for sampling incubation testing and result entry and result verificationKnowledge of MODA architecture generating logs Formulas Calculation and Report GenerationExhibit strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage project teams and stakeholdersShow proficiency in project management tools and methodologiesDisplay a strong understanding of industry standards and best practicesHave the ability to work in a hybrid work model with minimal supervisionDemonstrate excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesPossess strong organizational and time management skillsShow a commitment to continuous improvement and professional developmentExhibit a high level of attention to detail and accuracyHave the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and prioritiesDemonstrate a strong commitment to achieving project goals and delivering high-quality results.
