Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 6 to 7 years of experience specializing in OpenText VIM and OpenText. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model with a day shift. This role involves developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions contributing to the companys success and positively impacting society.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain software solutions using OpenText VIM and OpenText technologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features
  • Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
  • Help maintain code quality organization and automation
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
  • Implement best practices for software development and ensure compliance with company standards
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process
  • Utilize analytics skills to derive insights and improve application performance
  • Ensure that all development activities align with the companys goals and objectives
