Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Python 3NF data modeling and Snowflake. Experience in the Consumer Lending domain is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required. The candidate will contribute to impactful projects that drive our companys success and benefit society.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Python.
  • Design and implement 3NF data models to ensure data integrity and efficiency.
  • Utilize Snowflake for data warehousing and analytics tasks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers.
  • Ensure code quality through code reviews and testing.
  • Optimize application performance and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Participate in Agile development processes and contribute to sprint planning.
  • Document technical specifications and project plans.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and practices.

  • Possess strong expertise in Python with a proven track record of developing robust applications.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in 3NF data modeling to ensure efficient and accurate data management.
  • Have hands-on experience with Snowflake for data warehousing and analytics.
  • Nice to have experience in the Consumer Lending domain to understand industry-specific requirements.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model and collaborate with remote teams.
  • Display strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members.
  • Have a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with new technologies.
  • Demonstrate experience in Agile development methodologies.
  • Show capability to mentor and guide junior developers.
  • Possess strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
