Role Overview

We are looking for a CPA / CPI Affiliate Delivery Manager who can take complete ownership of international mobile app campaigns. This is a delivery-driven role that requires hands-on campaign management, optimisation, and strong coordination with global affiliates and publishers. The ideal candidate understands performance numbers, can act quickly on data, and knows how to scale profitable campaigns.

Campaign & Traffic Details

The role involves working exclusively on CPA and CPI models with mobile app traffic across Android and iOS platforms. The traffic mix is largely international, with approximately 6070% global traffic and 2040% domestic traffic. Key markets include China, the UK, the US, and Israel. Working knowledge of DSP platforms is mandatory for this role.

Vertical Focus

Our active verticals include Entertainment, iGaming, Mobile Ecommerce, and Fintech.

Note : Candidates whose primary experience lies in Loans, Surveys, or Home Improvement verticals will not be considered for this position.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for launching, managing, and optimising global CPA and CPI mobile campaigns while ensuring strong ROI and performance metrics. The role includes daily performance monitoring, publisher onboarding and management, payout and cap negotiations, traffic quality and compliance checks, and accurate tracking. You will also work closely with internal teams for reporting and payouts and support the onboarding and guidance of junior team members.

Required Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate has 23 years of hands-on experience in affiliate or performance marketing with proven exposure to international mobile campaigns. A strong understanding of CPA and CPI models is essential. Existing relationships with global publishers or advertisers are preferred. Experience with DSP platforms, affiliate tracking tools, and strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills are critical for success in this role.
