Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Consultant with 11 to 15 years of experience in SAP CRM - Service SAP CRM - Marketing and SAP CRM - Interaction Center. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to work in a hybrid model. This role does not require travel and operates during the day shift.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and customization of SAP CRM solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Oversee the integration of SAP CRM
  • Service Marketing and Interaction Center modules.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices for SAP CRM configurations and customizations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP CRM with other enterprise systems.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of SAP CRM solutions to ensure optimal performance.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to maximize the adoption of SAP CRM solutions.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot SAP CRM issues providing timely resolutions to minimize downtime.
  • Analyze client business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Prepare detailed documentation of SAP CRM configurations customizations and processes.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP CRM trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions.
  • Support the sales team in pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise and solution demonstrations.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all SAP CRM implementations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality and efficiency of SAP CRM services.

  • Have a strong understanding of indexing and agent set-up within the SAP CRM domain.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Show proficiency in developing and delivering training programs for end-users.
  • Display a keen attention to detail and the ability to prepare comprehensive documentation.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in SAP CRM technologies.
  • Have a proven track record of successfully leading SAP CRM implementations and customizations.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Possess strong analytical skills to assess client business processes and recommend improvements.
  • Show commitment to continuous improvement and delivering high-quality SAP CRM services.
