Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Consultant with 9 to 11 years of experience in Finance and Accounting. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model primarily during day shifts. This role does not require travel. The candidate will play a crucial role in providing expert financial advice and support to our clients ensuring their financial operations are efficient and compliant.


Responsibilities

  • Provide expert financial advice and support to clients to enhance their financial operations.
  • Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to improve profitability and efficiency.
  • Conduct thorough financial audits and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their financial needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
  • Assist clients in budgeting and forecasting to support their financial planning.
  • Provide training and support to clients on financial systems and processes.
  • Lead financial projects and initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Utilize financial software and tools to streamline financial operations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in Finance and Accounting with 9 to 11 years of experience.
  • Demonstrate expertise in financial analysis reporting and compliance.
  • Have experience in developing and implementing financial strategies.
  • Show proficiency in financial software and tools.
  • Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Certifications Required

    CPA or CFA certification is mandatory.
