Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Business Analyst with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Guidewire products and Business Analysis & Planning. This role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts and does not require travel. The candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our business processes and ensuring the successful implementation of Guidewire solutions.
Responsibilities
Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for Guidewire implementationsOversee the configuration and customization of Guidewire products to meet business needsProvide expert guidance on the use of Guidewire ClaimCenter PolicyCenter BillingCenter and ContactManagerCollaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business requirementsConduct detailed analysis of business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvementDevelop and maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements and processesEnsure that all Guidewire solutions are aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirementsFacilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather and validate requirementsWork closely with technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of Guidewire solutionsProvide ongoing support and training to users of Guidewire productsMonitor and report on the progress of Guidewire implementation projectsIdentify and mitigate risks associated with Guidewire implementationsEnsure that all project deliverables are completed on time and within budget
Qualifications
Possess extensive experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter PolicyCenter BillingCenter and ContactManagerDemonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skillsHave a proven track record of successfully implementing Guidewire solutionsShow proficiency in business analysis and planningDisplay knowledge of claim file management is a plus
Certifications Required
Guidewire Certification CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional)
