Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Business Analyst with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regulatory business analysis and business analysis & planning. This hybrid role requires excellent analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business success. The position operates during day shifts and does not require travel.
Responsibilities
Conduct detailed business analysis to understand regulatory requirements and translate them into actionable insights.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather document and analyze business requirements.Develop comprehensive business plans and strategies to meet regulatory compliance.Provide expert advice on regulatory matters and ensure all business activities align with regulatory standards.Analyze and interpret complex data to support decision-making processes.Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.Work closely with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of business requirements into technical solutions.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented business strategies and make necessary adjustments.Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input from various stakeholders.Ensure all business processes are documented and maintained in accordance with regulatory guidelines.Support project management activities by providing business analysis expertise.Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend innovative solutions.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and industry best practices.
Qualifications
Possess a strong background in regulatory business analysis with proven experience.Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Have a solid understanding of business analysis & planning methodologies.Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.Show proficiency in creating detailed reports and presentations.Be capable of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Have experience in facilitating workshops and meetings.Display the ability to monitor and evaluate business strategies effectively.Be knowledgeable about regulatory guidelines and compliance requirements.Show a proactive approach to identifying and recommending process improvements.Have a keen eye for detail and accuracy in documentation.Be adaptable to changing regulatory environments and industry trends.Demonstrate the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
