The role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts and no travel requirements. Proficiency in English is essential.
Responsibilities
Lead the analysis and design of business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.Oversee the implementation of Pega business process management solutions to enhance operational efficiency.Provide expertise in Pega business agility to ensure the organization can quickly adapt to changing market conditions.Develop and maintain Pega business cases to support strategic decision-making and project prioritization.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for new initiatives and enhancements.Conduct thorough assessments of customer billing inquiries and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.Authorize customer billing invoices and adjustments to maintain financial integrity and customer satisfaction.Utilize business process frameworks to standardize and streamline workflows across the organization.Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions with business users.Create detailed documentation including process maps use cases and functional specifications.Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.Monitor and report on the performance of implemented solutions to ensure they meet business objectives.Continuously seek opportunities to leverage Pega technology to drive business value and innovation.
