Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Business Analyst with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Java and a background in Industrial Manufacturing or the Automotive Industry. This hybrid role requires excellent English language skills and offers a day shift with no travel requirements. The candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business needs.Develop and maintain detailed project documentation.Provide technical expertise in Java to support project development.Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement.Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.Ensure that solutions align with business goals and objectives.Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.Identify and mitigate project risks.Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements.Provide training and support to end-users.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Qualifications
Possess strong technical skills in Java.Have experience in Industrial Manufacturing or the Automotive Industry.Demonstrate excellent communication skills in English.Show ability to analyze and translate business requirements.Have experience in project documentation and gap analysis.Be proficient in user acceptance testing and end-user training.Exhibit strong problem-solving and risk mitigation skills.
