Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Business Analyst with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Capture - Business Analyst and domain experience in Payer. This is a work-from-home position with day shifts and no travel required. The candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing business needs and ensuring the successful implementation of projects.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
Possess a Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.Have 4 to 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst.Demonstrate expertise in CaptureBusiness Analyst.Showcase domain experience in Payer.Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Display excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Show proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.Have experience with user acceptance testing and training.Demonstrate ability to work independently in a remote environment.Exhibit knowledge of industry standards and regulations.Show capability to document and maintain detailed project records.Possess strong organizational and time management skills.Display a proactive approach to identifying and addressing business needs.
Certifications Required
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent certification.
