Sr. Associate Director, Software Engineering Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior UI Developer with 12–15 years of expertise in designing and developing modern, scalable, and high-performance user interfaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end technologies, UI/UX best practices, and a proven track record of leading UI projects from concept to deployment.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the design and development of complex, responsive web applications using React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks.

• Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.

• Architect and implement reusable UI components, ensuring consistency and scalability.

• Drive UI/UX best practices, accessibility standards, and performance optimization.

• Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions.

• Translate business requirements and user stories into technical specifications and robust UI solutions.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve UI development processes.

• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.

• Oversee the integration of APIs and third-party services into the UI layer.

• Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk management activities

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• 12–15 years of professional experience in UI development.

• Expert proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3/SASS/LESS.

• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, design systems, and accessibility (WCAG/ARIA).

• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX, or Context API).

• Proficient in using version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

• Hands-on experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and modern build tools (Webpack, Babel).

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

• Experience with TypeScript and Next.js.

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Prior experience in leading UI teams or large-scale UI projects.
