Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 6 to 9 years of experience in Oracle Linux Administration Oracle Cloud Administration Oracle Weblogic Server Admin Oracle Fusion Administration and Oracle Database Administration. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model with day shifts contributing to our mission of leveraging technology to drive business success. Proficiency in English (Read/Write Speak) is required.
Responsibilities
Lead the administration and maintenance of Oracle Linux systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.Oversee the management and support of Oracle Cloud environments ensuring seamless integration and operation.Provide expert administration of Oracle Weblogic Server including installation configuration and troubleshooting.Manage Oracle Fusion Middleware components ensuring high availability and performance.Administer Oracle Databases performing tasks such as backup recovery and performance tuning.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements.Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations procedures and policies.Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices in all administrative tasks.Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members and other stakeholders.Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades and migrations.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge.Contribute to the development and implementation of analytics solutions leveraging domain expertise.
Qualifications
Must have strong experience in Oracle Linux Administration ensuring system stability and performance.Must have hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Administration managing cloud resources effectively.Must have expertise in Oracle Weblogic Server Administration handling complex configurations and issues.Must have experience in Oracle Fusion Administration managing middleware components efficiently.Must have proficiency in Oracle Database Administration performing critical database tasks.Nice to have experience in analytics providing insights and solutions based on data analysis.
Certifications Required
Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) in relevant technologies is preferred.
