We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 6 to 8 years of experience supporting AWS IoT Edge AWS Greengrass Linux and IOT Systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Life Science domain. This hybrid role involves rotational shifts and does not require travel. Key Responsibilities
Cloud Infrastructure Management: Design deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS ensuring high availability scalability and security.AWS IoT Support: Manage and support AWS IoT services including device management data collection and integration with other AWS services.Container Orchestration: Implement and manage Kubernetes clusters and Docker containers to support microservices architecture and application deployment.Monitoring and Logging: Utilize Prometheus Grafana and other monitoring tools to ensure the reliability and performance of cloud infrastructure and applications.IIoT Platform Technologies: Provide expertise in IIoT platform-related technologies and their integration with cloud infrastructure to support industrial automation and data analytics.Collaboration and Support: Work closely with development teams IT and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and operation of cloud services.Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain best practices for cloud security data protection and regulatory compliance in the life science domain.Documentation and Troubleshooting: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for cloud infrastructure processes and procedures. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud services and infrastructure.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud infrastructure services with a focus on AWS IoT technologies Kubernetes Docker and monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.Life Science Domain: Proven experience working in the life science industry with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and data management practices.IIoT Knowledge: Familiarity with IIoT platform technologies and their application in industrial settings.Technical Skills: Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (e.g. Python Bash) and experience with configuration management tools (e.g. Ansible Terraform).Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Certifications: Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or similar are a plus.
