Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with 5 to 8 years of experience in Cisco Catalyst SDWAN (Viptela) Switching & Routing Cisco and a strong background in Industrial Manufacturing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing implementing and maintaining network infrastructure ensuring high availability and performance. This role is crucial for optimizing our manufacturing processes and enhancing operational efficiency.


Responsibilities

  • Design and implement network infrastructure solutions using Cisco Catalyst SDWAN (Viptela) to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Oversee the configuration and maintenance of Cisco Switching & Routing to support robust and secure network operations.
  • Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting and resolving network issues to minimize downtime and ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate network solutions with manufacturing systems and processes.
  • Monitor network performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for network configurations processes and procedures.
  • Conduct regular network assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.
  • Implement security measures to protect network infrastructure from threats and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Lead network-related projects from planning to execution ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide training and support to team members on network technologies and best practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in network technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance our infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure optimal performance and support for network components.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of network operations by identifying and implementing best practices.

  • Possess a strong technical background in Cisco Catalyst SDWAN (Viptela) with hands-on experience in designing and implementing solutions.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Cisco Switching & Routing with a proven track record of managing complex network environments.
  • Have a solid understanding of network security principles and practices to safeguard infrastructure.
