Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience in PowerShell Shell scripting Ansible Suse-Linux Administration and RedHat Linux Administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Industrial Manufacturing and will work in a hybrid model with rotational shifts. Travel may be required.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee the administration and maintenance of Suse-Linux and RedHat Linux systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Provide expertise in PowerShell and Shell scripting to automate routine tasks and improve system efficiency.
  • Implement and manage Ansible playbooks for configuration management and application deployment.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime and disruption.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support industrial manufacturing processes and ensure seamless integration of IT systems.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations procedures and troubleshooting guides.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices to protect sensitive data and systems.
  • Participate in rotational shifts to provide 24/7 support and address any critical issues that arise.
  • Lead efforts to continuously improve system performance and reliability through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
  • Provide training and support to junior team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct regular system audits and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Coordinate with vendors and external partners to resolve technical issues and implement new solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend and implement innovative solutions.

  • Possess strong expertise in PowerShell and Shell scripting for automation and task management.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Suse-Linux Administration and RedHat Linux Administration.
  • Have hands-on experience with Ansible for configuration management and deployment.
  • Show a solid understanding of industrial manufacturing processes and IT system integration.
  • Exhibit excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to address system issues promptly.
  • Display strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
